The latest Hilton brand hotel is set to open in Dunedin very soon. Griner Engineering is proud to have provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for this 4-story hotel. Designed by Aude Smith Architecture and constructed by LEMA Construction, this hotel is anxious to receive its first guests.
