Designed by Aude Smith Architecture and constructed by LEMA Construction, this hotel is anxious to receive its first guests.

A new 10-story Hampton Inn will be breaking ground in Clearwater soon. Griner Engineering is proud to provide the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design for this project.
Hampton Inn Channelside is Nearing Completion
Working in unison with Chancey Design Partnership and Wichman Construction, Griner Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the project. This beautifully designed 10-story building is located in the Channelside District of Tampa.
