We are happy to announce our upcoming move to the new Griner Engineering Corporate offices on the third floor located at 3125 5th Avenue N in St. Petersburg.  Construction is underway and we anticipate moving at the end of April.

We have several LEED accredited professionals and have incorporated several energy efficient design elements in the third floor.  These include:

  • Added window film to improve the shading coefficient and reduce solar heating
  • A new roof with an added R-25 insulation to reduce heat gain
  • A new photovoltaic (PV) system to provide power for the building
  • Direct/indirect LED lighting with daylight harvesting controls
  • A variable refrigerant volume (VRV) HVAC system with an energy management system.  The VRV system has multiple zones and is one of the highest efficiency systems currently available

Griner Engineering appreciates the support and assistance of local businesses like Carroll Air Systems, Tom Barrow Company, Tampa Bay Lighting, and others.
